Since early 2001 ITSwien has been proofing all public buildings for their wheelchair access. The Wien-Guide (Vienna-Guide) is based on the Austrian-Standards B1600 to B 1603. In general, this guide is presented to give all our handicapped visitors an overview of the accessibility to the listed buildings and to help in their self-assessment if they can independently access them or not.
We are continually updating our list of buildings and it is recommendable to return often to our Internet page for this information. All our present data can be found in our Vienna Database.
